About g a b r i e l a
Gaby Irizarry first joined GWN to enhance her writing skills and learn about other young writers like herself. She is Puerto Rican, and resides in The Bronx. She is currently a senior at KAPPA International High School. She loves to write both fiction and non-fiction because it is a great way to step out of her world and into a new one that she has created on her own. A few of her favorite books are Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein and Girl, Interrupted by Susanna Kaysen. This is her first year at GWN and she is very excited for what is to come!
